Amanda joined the committee in mid 2020, originally seeking to join a group of like-minded people. Amanda wanted to contribute to and make a difference within our NT defence community. She brings experience from her finance and business management background, helping to bring the magazine to a new era. Amanda has experienced MWDu for 4 years and now living in the Darwin region for the foreseeable future. Amanda believes at meetings all committee members should be heard and values contributions received from the members.
Amanda states "I am looking to bring the magazine back to being focused on our families within the NT community, we can utilise the magazine to assist our wider defence community so watch this space for changes"

Denna Menz

Community Co-Ordinator

Denna has been living in the Northern Territory for 3 years, previously from Canberra. Her husband is currently based at Larrakeyah Naval Base and together they have 2 children.
Denna was originally appointed Office Administrator for the Top Ender Magazine in March 2020 and has a Certificate of Business Administration and MYOB. Formerly the Secretary of Larrakeyah Neighbourhood House, Denna came into the position with a wealth of knowledge and experience around supporting the defence community. Denna has since moved to the new Community Co-ordinator role. 
Denna continually monitors all aspects of administration and has reviewed the operational setup including operations manual update. In addition, Denna has enhanced the efficiency of the delivery of the magazine by auditing the distribution database to ensure currency and has also actively contributed to the publishing of the Top Ender magazine. Her fiscal savviness has made the best use of funding and her relationship with all stakeholders is commendable.
